Privacy notice

This website is run by an independent NavaPark sales agent. It is not the official NavaPark website. This notice explains what the site records and why, under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022).

What the site records

Your IP address, and the country and network (ASN) it belongs to
Your browser type (user agent)
The page you opened, the site language, and the Google Ads click ID (gclid) if you came from an ad
Whether the page script ran, and how long the page stayed open
When you tap a WhatsApp button: which cluster and unit type it was for
A cookie with a random visit ID (24 hours), only when you arrive from an ad

Why

Each ad click costs the agent money. These records are used only to detect automated or invalid ad clicks, to stop those IP addresses from seeing the ads, and to count real WhatsApp taps as ad conversions.

How long

IP addresses are deleted automatically after 30 days. The remaining records contain no IP address.

What the site does not collect

No names, phone numbers, email addresses, accounts or forms. Conversations take place in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Services used

Cloudflare (hosting and security checks, including Turnstile) and Google Ads (ad clicks and conversion counting).

Turnstile's bot check is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Your rights

You can ask the agent on WhatsApp to show or delete the records linked to your IP address.
